Eyewitnesses described hearing the plane circling overhead prior to the crash. “I heard it like zooming by a couple of times and then whew — a plane crashed,” said one witness in a video posted online. Another man added, “The whole building shook.”

The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are conducting a full investigation into the Boca Raton plane crash. FlightRadar24 data showed the aircraft making several loops around the airport prior to impact, though it’s not yet clear whether it was attempting to land or experiencing technical issues.
The NTSB will take the lead in the investigation and is expected to release updates in the coming days. As of now, no details on injuries or fatalities have been officially confirmed
